K. C. George, the Chief Architect, has more than 25 years\u2019 experience in implementing projects in Kerala and New Delhi. He is one of the first persons from Kerala to receive a Japanese Government Scholarship for extensive study and on the job training in Japan in the area of Architecture, landscape planning and interior design, in 1987-88. While at Japan, he has designed commercial complexes, hostels, resorts, hotels, industrial buildings etc. He has undergone exclusive training in designing projects like amusement parks of the scale of Disneyland, industrial expo building, museums etc.<\/p>\n<p>In 1985, he co-founded an architectural firm \u2013 \u2018Santhosh &#038; George\u2019 which soon established itself as a premier architectural design firm in Kerala. For over 21, the firm was a leader in designing of mega projects including group housing, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, public educational buildings, industrial buildings etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ar.
